Due to the digital nature of our products, all worksheet packages, test papers, and answer keys are delivered instantly to your device/email via automated links upon payment clearance.

No Refunds / All Sales Final

Because digital files cannot physically be returned or reversed once downloaded, Saksham Learning does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is successfully completed.

Exceptional Circumstances

We want you to have a flawless experience. A manual review and resolution will be provided exclusively under the following two conditions:

• Double Payment: If your account was charged twice accidentally for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be fully reversed within 5-7 business days.
• Corrupted File: If a technical delivery fault occurs and your downloaded PDF link fails to open, contact our support within 48 hours of purchase, and we will email fresh copies directly.
